Cookie policy

This policy explains which cookies and similar technologies are used on this website, what they are for and how you can manage them, in accordance with article 22.2 of the Spanish LSSI-CE and the guidelines of the Spanish Data Protection Agency. This English version is provided for convenience. In the event of any discrepancy, the Spanish version prevails.

1. What a cookie is

A cookie is a small text file that a website stores on your device when you visit it. It is used to remember information between pages or visits: from a preference as simple as dark mode to identifiers used for advertising.

2. Cookies used on this site

Technical and preference storage (no consent required)

Using local storage, this site saves in your browser your choice of light or dark theme and, if you close the notice offering the page in another language, that it shouldn't show again. These are your preferences, they stay on your device, are never sent to a server and cannot identify you. As they are not used for tracking, they are exempt from consent.

Audience measurement

Vercel Web Analytics is used, which counts visits without setting cookies, without storing persistent identifiers on your device and without tracking you across websites.

Advertising (consent required)

The site shows Google AdSense ads. Google and its partners may set cookies to show ads, measure their performance, limit how often you see the same ad and detect fraud. If you consent to personalized advertising, those cookies may also be used to show ads based on your previous browsing.

While no ads are shown on the site, no Google script is loaded and none of these cookies are set.

3. How to manage your preferences

On your first visit you'll see a notice where you can accept, reject or configure advertising cookies. That notice is run by a Google-certified consent management platform, where you can change your decision at any time, including withdrawing consent.

Rejecting advertising cookies doesn't stop you from using the site: all recipes and tools keep working the same. The only difference is that ads will no longer be personalized.

You can also block or delete cookies in your browser settings. Keep in mind that settings are specific to each browser and each device.
